Caddyman – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed once the $100 deposit per vehicle has been received.
  • By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and accepts all Terms & Conditions outlined on this page.

2. Deposit & Payments

  • A $100 nonrefundable deposit per vehicle is required to secure the vehicle(s) for the selected wedding date.
  • The remaining balance is due one week prior to the wedding date.
  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • The $100 deposit per vehicle is strictly nonrefundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the wedding date require full payment of the remaining balance.
  • Date changes may be requested but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Vehicle Allocation

  • We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical issues or safety concerns.
  • Any substitute vehicle will be of equal or higher standard where possible.

5. Delays & Timing

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup times, addresses, and schedules.
  • While every effort is made to arrive early or on time, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Conduct & Safety

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times where fitted.
  • Where seatbelts are not available, passengers must remain seated at all times.
  • The driver may refuse service if passengers behave in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, or illegal.
  • Damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional charges.
  • It is at the Driver’s discretion to proceed if we are requested to drive in conditions we deem unsafe for the vehicle or our chauffeurs. This includes, but is not limited to, steep inclines, sharp descents, and unsuitable terrain.

7. Photography & Promotion

  • Unless otherwise requested in writing, we may use nonidentifying photos of our vehicles at your event for promotional purposes.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure all passengers are ready at the agreed pickup times.
  • Any additional waiting time or unscheduled stops may incur extra charges.

9. Company Cancellations

  • In the rare event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of all payments made (including the deposit) will be issued.
  • We will assist in recommending alternative providers where possible.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By making a booking and paying the deposit, the client agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
