Caddyman – Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit

  • A $100 deposit per vehicle is required to secure your wedding car booking and reserve your selected date.
  • Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Balance Payment

  • The remaining balance is due one week prior to the wedding date.
  • Bookings not paid in full by this time may be cancelled at our discretion.

Cancellations

  • The $100 per vehicle deposit is strictly nonrefundable in the event of cancellation for any reason.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the wedding date are subject to full payment of the remaining balance, as the vehicle and driver have been allocated exclusively for your event.
  • If you need to change your date, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Date changes are not guaranteed.

Company Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of all payments made (including the deposit) will be issued. We will also assist in recommending alternative providers where possible.
